Auditions
Auditions for A Christmas Story will be held on: Saturday, September 27 10 AM – 2 PM Monday, September 29 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM
At the La Habra Depot Theatre. Auditioneers will be giving a cold reading of the script. It is a play, without singing and dancing.
This classic play follows 9 year old Ralphie Parker in his quest to get a genuine Red Ryder BB gun under the tree in time for Christmas. The play will be directed by award winner Bill Engle and produced by Gil Medina and Andy Nagle. The show runs from November 29 – December 21 on Friday/Saturday nights at 8 PM and Sunday matinees at 2:30. Our Christmas shows are well attended by our season ticket holders.
How to get an Audition. The La Habra Depot Theatre proudly announces their production of A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum from May 2 – May 11. All profits for this special engagement will be donated to the Lupus International charity. Tickets are $30. Winner of six Tony Awards,

The Old Man : Ralphie´s Father. 35 to 40 years old. Randy : Ralphie´s little brother. 6 to 7 yrs old. Miss Shields - Teacher. Good character role. 30 years and up. Flick - Boy, 9 yrs old.
